Our Chadian partner is the Centre d’Éducation et de Formation des Déficients Visuels, who are in the process of creating their higher institute. This visionary initiative aims to train non-disabled people in Braille and sign language, thus promoting inclusion of the disabled in a more supportive, equitable society.
