About the Project
The YUCIT project was held from 1st June 2021 to 31st May 2023 by the following partners:
- Deutscher Blinden- und Sehbehindertenverband (DBSV)
- VIEWS International

In this two-year project, four organisations from Belgium, Germany, Italy and Turkey exchanged on good practices of creative ways of making historical, architectural and cultural urban heritage more inclusive, interactive and thereby accessible for young people with impairments, mainly visually impaired persons.
The YUCIT project is co-funded by the European Union.
The following city tours were recorded during the project. You can follow the way of the tour via the iPhone app MyWay Pro and play audio files explaining the places you find and giving you hints on things to see, hear, touch, smell and taste.
We invite you to record tours in the same fashion and send us the material or links via firstname.lastname@example.org so we might share them!
